Kitchen & Bar
Between the Main Hall and the Function Room are located a fully equipped kitchen (area 5.5 by 3.5 metres) and a bar (area 4.0 by 3.7 metres).
The kitchen, has modern equipment including refrigerator, two microwaves, a water boiler capable of dispensing 150 cups per hour, two electric ovens and a large warming cabinet. Also commercial dishwasher (2/3 minute cycle), sinks and working space. Very suitable for final preparation of hot and cold dishes. Not recommended for cooking from scratch for large numbers – ask us for advice.
The bar enables drinks to be dispensed to the Main Hall and/or the Function Room and contains a freezer, drinks cold cabinet and glasswasher.
The kitchen can also be used to serve hot and cold food directly to the Function room (via a large servery hatch from the bar) or Main Hall.There is a lower charge for the simple making and serving of teas and coffees.
Hire charges for kitchen and bar include glasses, cutlery and crockery for up to 120 people. There is no extra charge for the use of electricity for catering.
